Service Description
Ideal for Vacation Rentals, Landlords & Air B&B owners, our Vacant Unit Make-Ready Inspection includes a comprehensive 107-point evaluation of both the exterior and interior. We help keep your property in compliance, as we test functionality of fixtures, fencing, drains, doors, landscaping, windows and screens; appliance functionality, smoke detectors, paint & floor covering condition, cabinetry, exhaust fans, hardware & surface finishes, evidence of pet damage and much more. We provide a detailed report of discrepancies and recommendations, and are equipped to handle necessary repairs, eliminating the need for multiple tradesmen. This service is a full top-to-bottom tour, through experienced eyes! Trust us to assess your entire property for a flawless transition from "Newly Vacated" to "Move In Ready". (Service Package price set on basis of single-family home, up to 3 bedrooms.) Additional spaces for inspection can be added in to contract upon negotiation. Booking Policy *Scheduling & Appointments All services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Appointment times are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window; however, factors such as weather, traffic, or job complexity may occasionally cause slight delays. *Estimates & Pricing All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual job conditions differ from what was described (e.g., size, level of buildup, accessibility). *On-site assessments may be required for larger or more complex jobs. *Deposits & Payments: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for larger jobs. Payment is due upon booking or completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods (cash, card, or digital payments). *Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. *Access to Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area at the scheduled time. ex.: Gated Community Security Reservation Unlocking gates Securing pets Removing obstacles or vehicles If we are unable to access the property, a service fee may apply. *Utility Use: The customer understands that services are dependent upon access to working utilities pertaining to Services booked (water & electric) *Weather Policy: (Pressure Washing Services) Pressure washing services are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable conditions (rain, storms, high winds), we may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. *Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. *Liability While we take every precaution to protect your property, some surfaces (especially older or previously damaged areas) may be vulnerable to cleaning or repair work. Any pre-existing damage or discoloration will be documented prior to execution. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. *Changes to Policy We reserve the right to update this booking policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
